FaucetFellas.com offers a variety of shipping options to make your online shopping experience more pleasurable. We pride ourselves on offering some of the "lowest shipping prices" for online Kitchen & Bath products. You only pay for shipping costs to your front door. No special handling charges or inflated rates. Bottom Line!!!
Shipping Time Frames
Orders sent via "UPS Ground" average 3 - 7 business days.
Orders sent via "UPS 2 Day Air" average 2 business days.
Orders sent via "UPS Next Day Air" average 1 business day.
Shipping Exceptions
Please allow an additional 2 - 3 business days on orders going to Alaska or Hawaii.
Occasionally FaucetFellas.com reserves the right to ship orders placed UPS Standard
ground
within 1 business day of the order placement.
Shipping Schedule
Orders received before 3:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday
will be shipped the same business day.
Orders received after 3:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) Monday through Thursday
will be shipped the following business day.
Orders received after 3:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) on Friday will be shipped
on Monday morning.
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning.
During holidays, any orders normally processed will not go out until the next
business day.
*Holidays: FaucetFellas.com observes all bank and UPS holidays including (New
Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's Day, President's Day, Good Friday,
Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Day)
Shipping Backorders
Sometimes an IN-STOCK item may actually be OUT OF STOCK (sometimes an item may sell out before we've had a chance to update the web-site) If an item is not available at the time of the order, FaucetFellas.com will make its best attempt to contact you and inform you of items unavailable for shipping.
FaucetFellas.com fill rate for orders is approximately 97%. We stock most of our inventory, but occasionally some items are unavailable and we must backorder them from other various warehouses across the country or source them directly from the manufacturers. FaucetFellas.com will make every effort to ship orders complete. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If the item was with a larger order there will be no freight charge (you only pay freight once). If the item is no longer available we will do our best to notify you immediately.
The "availability" status for each product on the FaucetFellas.com
web site is only a guideline of stock-on-hand. FaucetFellas.com does not currently
have the ability to display real time product inventory status. FaucetFellas.com
will in no way be responsible for losses by customer due to scheduling of plumbers,
contractors, or other professional installation.
FaucetFellas.com does it's best to ship out products in a timely manner, but we reserve the right to backorder or cancel orders at any time for any reason. You will be notified via email if part or all of your order is backordered.

Multiple Shipments
If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we will ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment. If you prefer to wait for one shipment of all your products, let us know and we'll be glad to accommodate.
Shipping Credits
- Time-definite shipments (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air) that do not arrive by the end of the day on the scheduled delivery date (due to carrier delays) may have a partial refund issued to reflect the service that was received. Refunds cannot be issued due to delays from unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.
If your entire order is not delivered within the time-frame allowed for the shipping method you selected, we will gladly refund the difference in shipping charges between the shipping method you selected and the next level of shipping service. - If you ordered UPS Next Day Air and your order arrives in 2 days, you will be credited back the difference between UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2 Day Air.
- If you ordered UPS Next Day Air and your order arrives in 3 days, you will be credited back the difference between UPS Next Day Air and UPS 3 Day Air.
- If you ordered UPS Next Day Air and your order arrives in 4 days or more, you will be credited back the full amount of shipping.
- If you ordered UPS 2 Day Air and your order arrives in 3 days, you will be credited back the difference between UPS 2 Day Air and UPS 3 Day Air.
- If you ordered UPS 2 Day Air and the order arrives in 4 or more days, then you will be credited back the difference between UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Ground Shipping.
- If you ordered UPS 3 Day Air and the order arrives in 4 or more days, then you will be credited back the difference between UPS 3 Day Air and UPS Ground Shipping.
Note: "UPS Ground" refers to our Standard Ground Shipping Calculation of $5.99 for the first item and $.99 for each additional item. "Free UPS Ground" or any other Shipping Promotion is not applicable when calculating a shipping credit.
If part of your order was received within the time-frame allowed, but the rest of the order was backordered, unavailable, or was sourced from the manufacturer or alternate warehouse, then a shipping credit will not be issued. Please read more about backorders above.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of processing the credit.
Freight/Shipping Damage Policy
Overview
It is important that you inspect your shipment thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise; after you sign for the merchandise you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper. Do not assume that your product is not damaged just because the box and packaging is intact. You must check for both internal and external damage before you accept delivery. If you notice your product is damaged, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department immediately at 1-800-891-0896 and inform us of the damage. After you sign for the package you are responsible for damages. Please make sure that you inspect all packages before you sign for them.
Obvious or Concealed Freight Damage
If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with FaucetFellas.com with obvious or concealed freight damage, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the bill of lading. We will then order and ship a replacement for you. We will charge you for the replacement at the originally quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original. If you sign for the shipment without reporting any damage you are responsible for all damages and must make any claims with the shipper. Please make sure that you inspect all packages before you sign for them.
If you fail to report concealed or obvious freight damage to the carrier prior to signing for the shipment, neither neither you or we have any recourse.
